Jameson Humane will host a free cat and dog wellness clinic at the Crosswalk Community Church in Napa on Saturday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The clinic will offer vaccinations, microchipping and free pet supplies for cats and dogs.

“We wish to provide access to care for those who need it most,” Monica Stevens, founder of Jameson Humane said in a statement. "At Jameson Humane, we firmly believe that financial constraints should never be the reason an animal does not receive the supplies or medical attention he or she deserves and should not be the reason humans surrender their animals.”

Jameson Humane is a Napa Valley-based nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary. The organization seeks to provide access to affordable veterinary care and to promote the health and wellbeing of animals across the Bay Area.

Cats must be brought to the clinic in a carrier, and dogs must be on leash.

Vaccinations offered are provided by Petco Love and will include a FVRCP vaccine for cats, a DAPP vaccine for dogs, plus Rabies vaccines for cats and dogs.

Crosswalk Community Church is located at 2590 First St., Napa
